7 a.m. Selah Yoga or Hiking (optional)

7:30 – 8:30 a.m. Breakfast (self serve)

8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Workshop on The Soil and Climate of your Life, certified Daring Way(TM) Facilitator Dale Falini on shame and storytelling

12:30 p.m. Boxed lunch to enjoy poolside, in your room or on a hike

1:30 – 5:30 p.m. Play Time & Spa – every participant will head to the spa for a 20 minute bod pod assessment to give you a basic evaluation of your health, then the afternoon is free for play, processing or a personal appointment with our faculty

6 – 8 p.m. Taste of Italy Wine Reception and dinner with a conversation on women’s health with Strata Wellness Women’s Health specialist Melinda Poland and more from Donna on the Ideal Growing Environment for your sphere of influence

8 p.m. Restorative Candlelight Yoga

7 a.m. Selah Yoga or Hiking (optional)

7:30 – 8:30 a.m. Breakfast (self serve)

8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Workshop on The Vintner’s Intent and Growing Methods for Varietals where we will explore the rhythms for your growth with a workshop on resiliency with The Center for Creative Leadership’s Kristen Kramer.

12:30 p.m. Boxed lunch to enjoy poolside, in your room or on a wine hike

1:30 – 5:30 p.m. Play & Processing – spa, pool, hike, golf, nap, chat with a friend or schedule a personal appointment with our faculty

6 – 9 p.m. Tour of California Wine Tasting & Taco Bar with Artistry Studio Paint & Sip Workshop by renown artist LeAnna Tuff
